Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance and implementation of institutional policies and procedures.
  2. Compile and provide daily reports about the availability of beds in critical units, the number of mortalities, and patient inflow and outflow.
  3. Address and resolve administrative issues related to patients and attendants in consultation with healthcare practitioners and administrative departments.
  4. Maintain close liaison with the HOD Security to handle conflict-like situations or emergencies.
  5. Report all important matters to the Director of Administration daily.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Preferably a Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setup.
  2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and difficult situations.
