Job Specification:

Hands-on WordPress skills — you've built real sites (even for practice)

Strong knowledge of PHP, CSS, Java, and HTML

Basic understanding of SEO tools and strategies

Creative mindset — ability to design clean, user-friendly interfaces

A portfolio (personal website, GitHub, Behance, or live links)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery

Familiarity with WooCommerce, ACF, or custom post types

Awareness of website security, backups, and optimization tools
