Required

  • Bachelor's/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Category Management tools and Business Planning Skills
  • 3+ years in FMCG trade marketing, category management, or key account sales
  • Strong negotiation skills (experience with modern trade/hypermarkets is a plus).
  • Leadership – can influence sales teams and retail partners without direct authority.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
