Job Title: SEO & Google Ads Expert

Role Overview

We're hiring an SEO & Google Ads Expert to plan and execute search strategies that drive

traffic, leads, and conversions. You'll manage SEO and paid campaigns across multiple projects

with a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-depth SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page)

Plan and implement Semantic SEO strategies (ideally familiar with Koray Tugberk's

methodology)

Develop topical maps and internal linking plans

Track keyword rankings, organic growth, and user engagement using tools like GA4,

Paid Advertising (Google Ads / Meta)

Create and manage lead generation campaigns (especially for insurance, real estate,

and e-commerce)

Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and landing page optimization

Monitor performance, adjust budgets, and report ROI

Guide blog planning based on search intent and topic clusters

Work with writers to ensure content quality, SEO integration, and helpful content

guidelines

Outreach & Lead Generation

Assist with B2B outreach processes: LinkedIn + Email follow-up

Qualify industry-specific leads and research their digital needs

Client Projects & Coordination

Coordinate with developers, designers, and freelancers

Understand client goals and adapt strategy accordingly

Provide weekly updates and performance reports

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and Paid Ads

Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, WordPress, and

SEMrush/Ahrefs

Proven success in running lead-gen campaigns and achieving organic traffic growth

Solid understanding of Semantic SEO and Google's Helpful Content updates

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter who can take ownership and manage multiple projects

Basic knowledge of HTML, CRO, or email marketing is a plus

Preferred

Experience working in or managing a digital agency setting

Understanding of email marketing workflows, including cold outreach and mail

merge-based campaigns
