Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and project managers.

As a senior team member, you will be expected to mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Lead architecture, design, and development of features for complex web/mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models.
• Conduct thorough testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Use version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and agile processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack and provide solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development and recommend tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Expertise in back-end frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, Django, or similar.
• Proficient in working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with API design, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Solid understanding of DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in mobile application development using React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and microservices architecture.
• Experience with serverless architecture and headless CMS is a plus.
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading development teams.
