Professional Experience


• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in an executive leadership role.

Educational Background


• Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews.
  4. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
  5. The age limit already includes a 5-year relaxation.
  6. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
  8. No TA/DA will be provided.
  9. Attested degrees from HEC must be submitted at the time of interview. For foreign degrees, equivalency documentation is required.
  10. Female, Minority, Transgender, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., are not allowed during tests and interviews.
  12. The deadline for application submission is 25th October 2024. Only online applications will be accepted.
  13. Applications can be submitted through the NADRA Career Portal https://careers.nadra.gov.pk and the National Job Portal www.njp.gov.pk.
  14. Candidates who applied earlier via the advertisement published on 14-12-23 (PID (1) 3609-23) need not reapply.
