Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute AI-first digital marketing strategies that scale.

  • Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Adobe Firefly, and others for ideation and content development.
  • Stay ahead of MarTech trends including conversational AI and generative SEO.
  • Create high-impact, conversion-optimized content across multiple channels.
  • Leverage AI for adaptive creative and personalized content experiences.
  • Manage testing and optimization using AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Design and lead cross-channel campaigns from awareness to advocacy.
  • Use AI tools to automate and predict marketing outcomes.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales and product teams to enhance pipeline velocity and revenue.
  • Monitor real-time data to optimize campaigns using AI dashboards and tools.
  • Translate KPIs into actionable business insights.
  • Deploy predictive ROI models to future-proof strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team and foster an AI-curious culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, data, and engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's or AI certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing leadership with experience integrating AI.
  • Proven success in running multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with leading AI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with MarTech stacks.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work onsite in US timings.
