Bigfolio LLC is looking for a meticulous and proactive Shopify Project Manager. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed as per the plan. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status updates to stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with teams and clients to allocate resources, including human resources, to support project needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address any roadblocks to keep the project on track.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Conduct regular quality checks and testing as required.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management. Conduct regular meetings, produce project documentation, and provide project status updates as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and managing their expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, set clear expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
