We are seeking a professional and experienced Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area efficiently. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
Support administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and client management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and behavior.
Ability to work under pressure.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Lahore Cantt
Salary Range: 40,000 to 50,000 PKR per month
