We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel & Tour Package Specialist to join our Corporate Travel team. This role is responsible for managing hotel bookings and creating comprehensive travel packages tailored to the needs of our corporate clients, including individual travelers and group arrangements. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel and travel coordination, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with TCs (Travel Consultants) and manage hotel bookings for individual and group corporate travelers worldwide.
  2. Create and deliver customized travel packages, including hotels, visas, ground transportation, and other specific client requirements.
  3. Liaise with hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), visa processing agencies, and transportation providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  4. Understand and adapt to client preferences, corporate travel policies, and budget constraints.
  5. Maintain updated records of bookings and client communications using internal systems.
  6. Handle last-minute changes or issues and provide quick resolutions to ensure high client satisfaction.
  7. Negotiate rates and build relationships with travel vendors for the best deals and added value services.
  8. Provide support in travel documentation, itinerary planning, and follow-up after travel to ensure service quality.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in hotel and tour package roles.
  2. Proven experience in corporate travel, hotel booking, and tour package planning.
  3. Strong knowledge of visa procedures, the hotel industry, and global transportation options.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in travel software or booking platforms is a plus.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  8. Bachelor's degree is required.
