Position: Research Analyst

We're Hiring: Research Analyst (Academic Domain)

Location: On-site

Company: Right Way Publisher

Industry: Academic Publishing

Experience: 1–2 years (Fresh PhDs or academic professionals encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct detailed literature reviews and compile structured research summaries
  2. Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting academic manuscripts for Scopus, SCI, and ISI-indexed journals
  3. Work closely with our editorial board and publication managers to meet journal guidelines
  4. Ensure compliance with academic integrity standards and referencing styles
  5. Perform data interpretation and contribute to content across disciplines including Engineering, CS, Medicine, and Social Sciences
Skills Required:
  1. Strong academic writing and analytical skills
  2. Familiarity with research methodologies and scholarly databases (e.g., Scopus, Web of Science)
  3. Knowledge of referencing styles (APA, MLA, IEEE, etc.)
  4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and research tools
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
Educational Background:
  • Master's/PhD in a relevant domain (Engineering, CS, Medical, Social Sciences, etc.)
