Work Hours: Monday - Saturday | 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Velets is looking for a Performance Marketer – Paid Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns that drive eCommerce conversions on Shopify websites. If you have a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and scaling online sales, we want you on our team
Key Responsibilities:Paid Advertising & eCommerce Growth
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads for maximum ROI.
- Leverage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and advanced audience targeting to enhance ad performance and sales.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining a low CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Data-Driven Optimization
- Continuously track and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Optimize ad spend based on key eCommerce KPIs, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Implement retargeting strategies to convert abandoned cart users and returning visitors.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives (images & videos).
- Stay updated on the latest eCommerce marketing trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform changes.
- Provide performance reports with actionable insights to improve overall ad effectiveness.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns for eCommerce stores (Shopify preferred).
Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify tracking setup.
Ability to scale ad campaigns profitably while maintaining strong ROAS.
Proficiency in A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Shopify Plus and understanding of eCommerce funnels.
- Knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, and influencer collaborations to boost sales.
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
