Responsibilities:
  1. Assist employees and customers with technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  2. Identify and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  3. Record and track technical issues and resolutions.
  4. Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or specialists.
  5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base of technical solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  4. Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
  5. Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
