Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees and customers, resolving issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Assist employees and customers with technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Identify and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Record and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or specialists.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base of technical solutions.
- Understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
