The Business Center Manager (BCM) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales targets, team performance, and client satisfaction within a specific Graana Business Center. This is a leadership role requiring strong sales acumen, people management skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

OFFICE : ISLAMABAD

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the entire Business Center team of 5-7 Individuals to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market presence.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs; ensure performance benchmarks are consistently met.
  • Oversee client interactions to ensure excellent service delivery and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and project management teams to streamline processes.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales and support staff within the center.
  • Handle escalated client issues and resolve them effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and business center operations.
  • Ensure the center reflects Graana's values and culture through high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a high-performance industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and basic data reporting.
  • A deep understanding of local real estate trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
