Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 65,000 per month

Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team at Knowza Learning Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, and digital media requirements, with hands-on experience in creating content for websites, social media, and product design.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can translate ideas into visually appealing designs and has the capability to manage both static and motion-based content creation. Should be able to work independently, with attention to detail and ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging visual content for websites, digital platforms, and social media in line with the brand's guidelines.
  • Develop and edit short-form videos, animations, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Create design templates and assets for marketing campaigns for different brands, blogs, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the creative teams to conceptualise and deliver design solutions that align with project goals.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual assets and maintain high attention to detail in layout, typography, and colour usage.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and digital tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Graphic Design or related courses are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of social media dynamics, content pacing, and platform-specific design standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
  • Experience designing for UK-based brands or international digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with branding, design systems, and marketing funnel strategies.
