We are seeking an Advertising Specialist to assist in managing ad campaigns, monitoring accounts, and providing accurate data. Successful candidates will have experience across multiple channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Tiktok, Temu, Bestbuy.

How You Will Achieve Success:
  • Assist Ad managers in setting up campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, and budgets across various channels.
  • Monitor ad accounts and adjust bids and budgets as directed.
  • Report to a Team Manager with daily updates, recommendations, and insights.
  • Conduct Keyword, Competitor, and Market Research for assigned accounts.
  • Provide complete and accurate data in weekly reports.
  • Cover for Ad Managers when they are out, including reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Adapt well to a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and challenges.
Preferred Experiences:
  • Over 1 year managing ads across ecommerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Target.
  • Experience with keyword research tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Proficiency in organizing large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ad management tools like Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics is a plus.
  • Experience creating advertising reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Previous ad agency experience is advantageous.
  • A BA or higher in Marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, face-based culture with various clients.
  • Reliable work-from-home setup with necessary equipment.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (8am-5pm MST).
