We are hiring an Avaya Specialist for our Head Office. The candidate must have the following technical expertise:

  1. Hands-on experience with Avaya Aura Enterprise Contact Center Servers, including Avaya proprietary Recorder and Reporter.
  2. Experience with Avaya IP Office products.
  3. Sound knowledge of Avaya Contact Recorder and Reporter, including WFO, Witness, CMS (Call Management System), and BCMRD (Basic Call Management System).
  4. Experience with Communication Manager (CM) R 5.2, 6.3 and above.
  5. Experience with IP Office including R5.2, IPOCC, ACCS.
  6. Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel web-chat, SMS, Voicemail, Fax, and Voice.
Job Specification

The candidate should have the following skills for this job:

  1. CM, CMS

Salary Package: 20,000-30,000

Experienced candidates with an IT background will be given preference.
