We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of accounting and the ability to effectively manage various financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Accountant at Dairy Culture (Private) Limited, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring financial stability, and supporting the company's growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, credit control, and collections, reconciliationof customer payments.
  • Accounts Payable: Handle vendor bills, vendor payments, and ensure timely settlement of payables.
  • Tax: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns (withholding statements and sales tax returns)
  • Expenses: Processand control expenses and reimbursements.
  • Liquidity: Cash flow forecasting. Routinely performing cash and bank reconciliation.
  • Payments: Processpayments to vendors (IBFT and cheques).
  • Inventory: Oversee inventory counts and valuation.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting principles, with a deep understanding of financial management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP systemsis highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of integrity.
