Job DetailsJob Title: Territory Sales Manager – Mass Retail
Designation: Territory Sales Manager
Function: D2C
Sub-Function: Mass Retail
Location: Nanded, CMH Zone
Level/Grade: Senior Executive
Role PurposeThe role involves driving sales and customer service in the territory, increasing market share, revenue, and executing GTM strategies. It also includes engaging with channel partners and fostering business relationships to grow the D2C mass retail segment.
Organizational RelationshipsReporting to: Regional Mass Retail Head (~ Zonal / Area Manager)
Supervises: 6-7 direct and 6-7 indirect team members
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue through channel partners and expand footprint
- Optimize sales and distribution channels
- Enhance brand visibility through merchandising activities
- Implement processes to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Manage and expand channel/distributor network
- Train partners on product features and sales techniques
- Negotiate agreements and manage relationships
- Lead and develop the territory team
Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM (optional). 2+ years in sales, preferably in Telecom or FMCG.
Key InteractionsInternal: Zonal / Area Managers & Field Sales Executives
External: Promoters & Channel Partners
Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in sales & marketing techniques, MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
