About the job

We are a Microsoft Solution Partner implementing Microsoft Business software in medium to large organizations, helping clients stay ahead in the digital world by deploying Microsoft's M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 (ERP and Customer Engagement) software.

About the Role Overview

We seek an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect with expertise in solution development and functional analysis for large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture. The role involves designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams. Focus areas include customer delivery and presales activities.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules and experience with earlier versions (2016, 2015, 2013, etc.).
  • Strong implementation experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA), including relevant architect certifications.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, data migration, and go-live support.
  • Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing products such as Click Dimensions or D365 Marketing is desirable.
  • Graduation from a recognized university in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of proven experience with end-to-end large-scale Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Experience architecting 4-5 full-scale industry solutions involving Dynamics CE and integrations, with understanding of domains like banking, healthcare, etc.
  • Ability to design solutions for multi-region implementations.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading digital transformation programs involving multiple technologies.
  • Pre-sales expertise with thought leadership in solution offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills for influencing senior executives.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and delivering quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 10+ years in cloud, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Serve as SME for technical and functional solutions across Microsoft platforms.
  • Stay updated with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform features.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing forums and communities.
  • Design domain-specific implementations, promoting out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Identify training needs, coach team members, and reduce skill gaps.
  • Develop industry-specific solution offerings to differentiate the market.
  • Exceed customer expectations in knowledge, skills, and behavior.
  • Manage project risks and communicate effectively.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Define and deliver practice development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal processes and training.
  • Represent the company professionally.
