Social Media Content Designer And Video Editor

SEO First Web is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role will play a critical part in building our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, an eye for design, and a passion for SEO-driven content.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and manage a social media content calendar aligned with SEO First Web's goals, including post frequency, themes, and brand messaging.
  2. Content Creation and Curation: Design engaging and creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  3. Engagement and Community Management: Build and foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and overall engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and SEO strategies.
  6. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure SEO First Web remains competitive and innovative.

Job Specification

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO.

Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, strong knowledge of SEO principles, content creation skills (graphic design, video editing), and excellent written communication.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas for content and engagement.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

Technical Requirements

Social Media Tools: Proficient in scheduling and analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Graphic Design: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating visually engaging content.

Video Editing: Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-friendly tools like InShot.
