iSolve RCM, a leading medical billing company based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, is seeking talented *Graphic and Video Designers* to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic & Video Designer at iSolve RCM, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for various marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, website graphics, promotional videos, and educational content. You'll work closely with our marketing team to craft compelling designs and videos that effectively communicate our brand's message and showcase our expertise in the medical billing industry.

*Key Roles and Responsibilities:*

1. *Graphic Design Creation*:

- Design visually engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, website, and other marketing materials.

- Create design assets that align with iSolve RCM's brand guidelines and reflect the medical billing industry.

- Develop visuals that simplify complex medical billing concepts in an appealing and accessible way.

2. *Video Production*:

- Produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including explainer videos, client testimonials, promotional videos, and educational content.

- Edit video footage, including color correction, sound editing, and adding special effects to ensure high-quality output.

- Develop creative video concepts that effectively convey iSolve RCM's services, values, and industry knowledge.

- Work with the social media marketing team, copywriters, and designers to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy in both graphic and video formats.

4. *Brand Consistency*:

- Ensure all designs and videos align with iSolve RCM's brand identity and voice across all digital and print platforms.

- Maintain consistency in design elements, visual style, and messaging throughout all materials.

5. *Campaign Support*:

- Create and adapt content for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, banners, flyers, and video promotions.

- Produce designs and videos that support lead generation, brand awareness, and client education.

6. *Trend Monitoring & Innovation*:

- Stay updated with the latest design and video production trends and incorporate new techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

- Suggest creative ideas for graphics and videos to enhance iSolve RCM's brand visibility.

7. *Feedback & Revisions*:

- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and perfect designs and videos.

- Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

*Job Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Designer, preferably in a corporate or healthcare-related environment.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging designs and videos.

- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic and video work, particularly in digital marketing, is required.

Timings: 05:30 PM to 02:30AM (Mon-Fri)
