Demi Chef De Partie

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting your Chef de Partie in daily operations.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute creatively to menu development, and grow within a professional kitchen environment that values teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently before service.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control consistently.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring stock rotation.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
• Culinary diploma or relevant professional kitchen training is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
