Purpose

Planning & management of Material/Service required for production & TSW operations as per user requirement.

Education

Bachelor's in supply chain, Finance.

Knowledge

Teamwork, Problem Solving
5S, Productivity workshops, Quality & Safety Standards.
Knowledge and understanding of supply chain process & inventory management.
Ability to interface well with stakeholders & support services departments.
Strong cross functional communication & follow up skills.
Strong Data analysis & Excel skills.

Experience

3+ years preferably.

Area of Responsibilities
  1. Business / Operating Results

Efficient arrangement of materials requirement in order to achieve monthly targets.

Monthly Production reports.

Initializing material and service requirements by raising MR/PRs as per user requirement.

On time availability of required material / service.

Maintaining the safety stock and ensure availability of material on time.

No stock out & maintain Material stock report.

Measuring variances against planned v/s actual consumption.

Monthly material reporting with updated status.

Maintaining and updating materials as per Product BOMs.

BOM file.

Hands on experience in SAP & HANA ERP.

Customer Satisfaction

Maintaining a cooperative environment with interfaced departments for smooth running of TSW operations.

Meetings with interfaced departments.

Employee Management

Developing Team for better results.

Team working environment.

Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and SOPs.

Compliance to HSEQ standards/ SOPs.
