Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for B2B sales? A growing organization is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our on-site team in G-15, Islamabad. If you're results-driven, motivated, and ready to work in a professional sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-Time

Basic Salary: Up to 100k

Commissions: Attractive commissions - after probation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
  • Follow scripts and adapt pitches as needed to engage prospects.
  • Report daily activity and performance to supervisors.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Prior call center experience is essential.
  • Experience in B2B outreach or appointment setting/sales is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • A neutral or US/UK accent is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar).
  • Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Immediately available to join.
