Fine and Fast Logistics is actively hiring skilled and motivated full-time Sales Agents to expand our client base across the U.S. freight market. The role involves lead generation and outbound sales using platforms such as SaferWeb and DOFT to target carriers, shippers, and trucking companies.
Responsibilities
● Use tools such as SaferWeb and DOFT to identify and qualify potential freight carriers and logistics clients.
● Conduct outbound sales calls to pitch our dispatching and logistics services to prospects.
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across the U.S.
● Customize logistics solutions based on the client's freight needs and operational model.
● Negotiate service agreements and convert leads into active customers.
● Maintain up-to-date records in CRM software for all outreach and conversions.
● Consistently achieve sales targets and performance goals.
● Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
● Provide regular feedback on market trends and lead quality.
Essential Criteria
● Minimum 6 months of sales experience in logistics, freight, or a similar B2B sales role.
● Working knowledge of SaferWeb and DOFT for prospecting and lead qualification.
● Strong English communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written).
● Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and email follow-ups.
● Familiarity with U.S. freight services (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.).
● Ability to work U.S. business hours or night shifts as required.
● Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and cloud-based communication tools.
● Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Desirable Criteria
● Prior experience in U.S.-based dispatching or logistics sales.
● Experience using other lead platforms (e.g., Carrier411, ZoomInfo, etc.).
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional but preferred).
