We're seeking a talented Digital Media Marketing Manager to drive our brand's presence online, manage content creation, and elevate our marketing strategies to create an irresistible demand for our premium handmade rugs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SEO, targeted audience identification, and a proven understanding of the textile market. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling marketing strategies, overseeing creative photo shoots, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Conduct thorough SEO research to ensure our website ranks for key terms related to luxury rugs, home interiors, and the textile market.
  • Identify and engage with target audiences through organic social media and paid ads, focusing on interior designers, high-end retailers, and home decor enthusiasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to adjust our strategy and ensure we remain a leader in the textile and interior design space.
  • Work closely with the creative team to oversee photoshoots, styling, and visual content production that reflects our premium brand image.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that increase product desirability and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure brand messaging aligns across all channels and to foster cross-team communication.
  • Continuously track, measure, and optimize campaign performance to ensure goals are being met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the textile, fashion, or home decor industries.
  • Strong SEO skills and a deep understanding of how to rank content for target keywords in the home decor and luxury goods space.
  • Experience in identifying and targeting specific audiences based on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to make a product extremely desirable in the digital landscape.
  • Hands-on experience managing photoshoots and visual content creation, from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing events (online and offline) and how they can drive brand recognition and sales.
  • Deep understanding of how to build a brand, position it as a luxury product, and create a lasting emotional connection with the customer.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience
