
Sales Lead Representative

Pluton is seeking a proactive and engaging Chat-Based Sales Lead Representative to join our fast-growing team In this role, you will be the real-time voice of our brand, connecting with potential customers on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Twitch. Your key objective will be to build authentic relationships with users, answer their questions, and guide them toward actions such as signing up, making purchases, or joining our programs. This position also offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of chat sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Identify and engage with potential leads across Twitter, Discord, and Twitch, with the goal of driving sales and program sign-ups.
Profile Management: Maintain daily profile activity and follow up with prospects to keep conversations active and on track toward conversions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a small team of chat sales representatives to meet and exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the team's performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify ways to improve efficiency and overall sales conversion.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a friendly, natural, and trustworthy tone in all interactions, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve escalations or complex chats to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience, minimizing friction and ensuring satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in online sales, community engagement, or live chat support. Experience with social media or gaming platforms is highly desirable.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the culture, trends, and etiquette of Twitter, Discord, and Twitch to effectively engage with users.
Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly, professionally, and in a personable manner.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
Approach to Sales: A genuine, people-first approach to sales and customer interaction, focused on building lasting relationships rather than just making a sale.
Team Management (Bonus): If you have a junior team ready to join with you, it's a big plus, as we are looking to hire a full team.
Job Timings:
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night shift)
Working Days: 5 days a week
