Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist / Python Developer with strong expertise in machine learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, extensive experience with Python, and a proven track record in developing and deploying machine learning models. You will work collaboratively with our data science and engineering teams to build scalable machine learning solutions that drive our business forward.
Skills- Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in data analysis libraries (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) and familiarity with data manipulation techniques. (Must)
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g. supervised learning - linear regression, random forests, support vector machines; unsupervised learning - k-means clustering, principal component analysis; deep learning - convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks). (Must)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning) for model training and deployment (a plus).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval (a plus).
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and familiarity with the command line.
