As we expand our global reach, we're seeking motivated and performance-driven Account Executives – Technical Sales to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to align customer requirements with StoneFly's offerings.
- Present technical solutions to new and existing clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations during online sales meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally by sharing relevant product updates and client insights.
- Create compelling sales proposals, including pricing and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
- Share documentation such as datasheets, catalogs, and proposals with clients as required.
- Maintain proactive follow-ups with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
- Sell StoneFly's IT solutions to clients across the U.S. and Canada.
- Qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients based on trust and value delivery.
- Customize product/service packaging and pricing based on client-specific needs.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales in US Canada market
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn technical concepts and IT solutions.
- Active listening skills with the ability to follow directions and adapt quickly.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (e.g., CPU, RAM, storage, networking).
- Familiarity with the latest IT products, both hardware and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and online conferencing tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
