Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management, with expertise in Cisco switches, firewalls, optical fiber, and network wiring. This role requires hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting network systems to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
• Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in managing Cisco switches and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of optical fiber and network wiring.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
• Network Security knowledge
• Certifications in relevant areas such as CCNA
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including Cisco switches, firewalls, and optical fiber systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Perform network wiring and ensure proper installation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
• Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.
