Optimizeall is looking for a talented Project Manager who assists in the day-to-day project management and leadership activities related to project delivery and execution. This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approach in guiding and supporting cross-functional project teams. They are also responsible for identifying and removing impediments, facilitating discussions for making appropriate process decisions, and creating solutions to overcome obstacles.
Responsibilities:- Following a project management methodology to initiate, plan, execute, control, and closeout projects.
- Utilizing strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels within the company to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
- Working on small, medium, or large projects and covering a wide range of solutions including, but not limited to, software development, package implementation, application integration, and business process improvement.
- Effectively measuring success through the development of metrics and reports as well as presenting the results to senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, and collaborating.
- Manage software development team.
- Understand the concept of the project and evaluate the idea.
- Conduct regular productive project meetings.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence, Basecamp, or equivalent Microsoft Project, Vision, and all Office Tools.
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details.
