✓ Responsible for circulation of training received from Pakistan Audit & Accounts Academy and Performance Audit Wing.
✓ Responsible for keeping record of trainings.
✓ Deals with general correspondence within office and outside office.

Internal & External Audit:
✓ Liaison with Internal Auditors for Annual Internal Checking of Store & Stock Report and Finalized Internal Checking Report.
✓ Liaison with External Auditor for Annual Inspection Report and finalized Inspection Reports.

Reporting:
✓ Responsible for preparing Consolidated Monthly Diary Report of the department.
✓ Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly & Half Yearly reporting for AGP Office.

Budgeting:
✓ Responsible for the preparation of Estimated, Actual & Annual budget for approval from Finance Department.
✓ Responsible for budget breakup in accordance with the need of the department.
✓ Preparation of Monthly Expenditure Statement.
✓ Reconciliation of Budget and its Expenditure with AG AJ&K Office.
