We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer with frontend development skills to join our team.   • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with frontend development skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development abilities, including wireframes, prototypes, and implemented projects.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design best practices.
Qualifications

While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and a strong portfolio can often outweigh formal education requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and priorities.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate design ideas and interactions.
  • Write clean, well-structured HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to implement designs.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design and development.
  • Stay updated on frontend development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
