We're on the lookout for a results-oriented and driven Digital Advertising Specialist to lead high-impact paid marketing initiatives targeting both local and international audiences. If you have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns with an eye on profitability and sustainable growth, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for crafting and managing paid advertising strategies across multiple channels, ensuring that every rupee invested delivers measurable value. This position requires hands-on experience in media buying, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.

Primary Duties

  • Design, launch, and oversee advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and target audience segments to boost engagement and conversions.

Media Buying & Budgeting

  • Plan, negotiate, and secure cost-effective ad placements with publishers and platforms.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets strategically to maximize ROI.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests to fine-tune creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
  • Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor campaigns locally and internationally.
  • Adjust strategies to align with cultural nuances and seasonality.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop engaging ad content.
  • Coordinate with sales and business units to align marketing activities with broader company goals.
  • Leverage analytics to drive campaign refinements.
  • Experiment with new tools, formats, and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying (focus on UAE market experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Solid analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to diverse cultural and consumer behaviors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
