Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses, introducing products and services tailored to B2B needs
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business requirements and identify potential opportunities for collaboration
  • Present product information persuasively and professionally, without direct sales pressure
  • Build and nurture relationships with business clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Gather insights on customer needs and feedback, and communicate them to the sales team
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and improve outreach techniques

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably with B2B experience
  • Fluent in English with an excellent, clear accent suited for professional business interactions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with business professionals
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote team environment
