We're looking for an Automation Engineer to help us deliver seamless integrations and intelligent automation workflows for our customers.

Job Summary:

As an Automation Engineer at SIRP, you'll build and maintain connectors (integrations) and automated playbooks that allow customers to orchestrate their security stack efficiently. You'll work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into smart, scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automation playbooks within the SIRP platform using Python
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party security tools (e.g., EDRs, SIEMs, firewalls, threat intel platforms, ticketing systems).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success to understand use cases and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Assist in building reusable automation components that can scale across multiple customer environments.
  • Optimize and debug existing integrations and workflows based on performance and reliability feedback.
  • Stay up to date with evolving cybersecurity tools and APIs to expand SIRP's integration library.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or integration development in a cybersecurity or IT environment.
  • Proficiency in Python; experience with REST APIs and JSON data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Understanding of common cybersecurity workflows (incident response, alert triage, threat hunting, etc.).
  • Experience working with SOAR platforms or automation frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a startup-like, fast-paced environment.
