Research Associate, Short Term Support Staff Department of Nutritional Science

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Food Science under Higher Education Commission project No. Ref No. 20-116348/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2021, titled "Potential utilization and value addition of pomegranate peel extract by exploring its therapeutic and antimicrobial potential in bakery products" with the following terms and conditions.

Honorarium: Rs. 11666/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year (Extendable to one more year)
Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent in Nutritional Sciences or relevant field
Experience: Candidate currently enrolled in MS-HND & having good knowledge related to physicochemical analyses and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.

Project information: The project remaining duration is 24 months. The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
