Job Description

Programmatic Support [30%]

  1. Assist the program team with the design, implementation, and adaptation of public health programs.
  2. Plan and execute logistics needed to carry out programs, including scheduling, communications, reporting, and monitoring.
  3. Support and contribute to the strategic vision and the continued evolution of programs.
  4. Collect, analyze, and present information about the program to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Participate in staff training on program matters.
  6. Enhance program visibility by submitting development programs and success stories to the communications department.

Data Management [25%]

  1. Clean and analyze data sets from various project components.
  2. Generate and analyze data reports, including auditing site-level data entry to identify and mitigate errors.
  3. Coordinate the timely submission of reports and assist in data entry and the preparation of charts, graphs, and periodic progress reports.
  4. Conduct regular visits to project sites to assist and observe data collection and site monitoring, ensuring quality control.
  5. Optimize the use of data collection tools, both paper-based and app-based.
  6. Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records to provide up-to-date information.

Administrative [25%]

  1. Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to exchange information.
  2. Maintain administrative records such as timesheets, attendance sheets, leave reports, travel documents, etc.
  3. Manage the filing system and ensure the safekeeping of confidential materials.
  4. Liaise between field staff and the office team.
  5. Handle administrative duties related to the program, including submitting documentation for payments, hiring, procurement, transportation, and filing in required formats.
  6. Represent the program to stakeholders in the absence of the Program Manager.

Research & Writing [15%]

  1. Conduct research on various topics to support project components.
  2. Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders.
  3. Complete forms and obtain approvals for research proposals and documentations.
  4. Perform secondary research through literature reviews.

Other [5%]

  1. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
