We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Vice President Finance.

Location (Country / City): Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general ledger, period end submissions, and reporting activities.
2. Perform financial control activities related to statutory, regulatory, and internal audit requirements. Support in designing and operating control and standard operating procedures for the Financial Control function for ServCo Finance, a service company with a ~USD1.1 billion cost base, recharged to other Group entities.
3. Drive adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards (IFRS / Ind-AS, as applicable).
4. Manage balance sheet substantiation and ensure timely resolution of open items.
5. Partner with ServCo Finance leadership and ALCM on working capital management.
6. Support the tax team in full compliance with Indian direct and indirect tax regulations (GST, Corporate Tax, STPI, etc.).
7. Prepare quarterly Board finance packs with key financial and operational insights.
8. Oversee financial accounting, recharges, business finance, and partnering team activities.
9. Ensure financial information is clear and accessible to work stream leaders and senior management.
10. Liaise with inter-company contacts to obtain relevant financial information, reconcile positions, and compile financial statements and management reports.
11. Collaborate with global businesses and functions to provide reliable planning data for additions and amortization.
