We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and develop strategic solutions within the MI function as per project initiatives. Proficiency in QLIK development (QlikSense and NPrinting) is required, and experience with Looker on Cloud is advantageous.
  • Design, develop, and deploy MI solutions capable of meeting load, performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.
  • Engage with various project stakeholders to understand requirements, ask relevant questions, and collaborate with the project lead to develop technical designs and solutions.
  • Follow and lead IT change control processes.
  • Work within agile ceremonies across projects and programs.
  • Understand the compliance data landscape and develop solutions aligned with strategic data utilization for MI across programs/projects.
  • Support reviews and ongoing refinement of existing Qlik dashboards used for MI.
  • Manage projects independently through their lifecycle.
  • Exhibit high standards of ownership and accountability.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with other developers, BAs, managers, etc., demonstrating good team working skills.
  • Identify and communicate risks, issues, and challenges to key stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and deliverables, setting and meeting or exceeding expectations consistently.
