We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our web and mobile applications. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and helping resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the work of developers across multiple projects to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  2. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  3. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
  5. Conduct manual and automated testing to verify functionality, performance, and security.
  6. Interface with clients to gather feedback, discuss testing outcomes, and provide quality-related insights.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  8. Manage and validate day-to-day data operations to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  9. Provide reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements to testing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with data management and ensuring data accuracy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in API testing and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • Previous client-facing experience in a technical role.
