The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, designing solutions, and working with the development team to deliver those solutions. The Business Analyst will also provide testing, training, and documentation support.

Requirements: Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow design

Certification:

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (highly preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Design and create user stories, process flows, and wireframes
  • Work closely with the development team to deliver Salesforce solutions
  • Test and validate Salesforce configurations.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce documentation.
  • Train users on new Salesforce functionality.
