D. Watson's digital team is growing We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can manage our social feeds and craft engaging visuals that keep our community engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan and publish daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Write concise, on-brand copy and compelling hooks for each platform.
  • Engage with followers, reply to comments/DMs, and foster community discussions.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and present monthly reports.

Graphic & Motion Design:

  • Design static posts, carousels, ads, stories, and short-form videos/reels.
  • Maintain and evolve visual identity; create templates for faster turnaround.
  • Shoot/curate assets (photos, product mockups, UGC) when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years managing social channels and designing graphics (agency or in-house).
  • Portfolio showcasing feed posts, ad creatives, and motion/animation pieces.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects/Premiere) or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram algorithms and best practices.
  • Eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable interpreting analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights).
  • Excellent written English; Urdu a plus.
