Join Our Team as a UI/UX Designer

In this role, you'll shape user experiences that not only look great but also align perfectly with business objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality, ensuring every design decision enhances usability and elevates the overall user journey.

What You'll Do:
  1. Design with Purpose – Craft intuitive digital experiences that align with business goals and user needs, while considering KPIs and success metrics.
  2. Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with managers, product owners, engineers, and researchers to define, conceptualize, and design user-facing products that make an impact.
  3. Create Across Platforms – Design for web, mobile apps, and in-store interfaces, ensuring a seamless, consistent experience across all digital touchpoints.
  4. Own the Design Process – From conceptualization to execution, you'll bring new products and features to life through storyboards, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  5. Refine & Elevate – Provide constructive feedback to designers and developers, ensuring the final product meets the highest standards of usability and aesthetic appeal.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. Experience & Expertise – 4 to 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
  2. User-First Mindset – A deep understanding of how to champion end-user experiences and influence product design with data-driven insights.
  3. Research & Discovery – Experience in product discovery, design research, and concept validation to create meaningful, well-informed experiences.
  4. Visual & Interaction Design – Strong grasp of UI design principles, user flows, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and brand integration.
  5. Metrics-Driven Approach – Ability to use UX metrics and research to shape design decisions and enhance the overall product experience.
  6. Prototyping & Storytelling – Proficiency in creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and storyboards that bring ideas to life before high-fidelity design development.
