Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) located in Multan. The Professional E-commerce VA will handle various e-commerce tasks including account setup and brand approval, product research and sourcing, listing creation and optimization, inventory and order management, customer service and dispute resolution, advertising and marketing campaigns, performance monitoring and reporting, and store design and branding. Daily responsibilities include managing communication, conducting competitor analysis, and working closely with clients to achieve their business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market and competitor analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in E-Commerce management and Sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using various online selling platforms
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in managing advertising and marketing campaigns is a plus
