Senior Full Stack Developer (5 years Experience in React/Next Js and Node Js)

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a passion for building complex, scalable systems. You will be joining a well-established company with over 14 years in the industry and contributing to the launch of an innovative product in a niche market.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with top-tier developers based in the US and Pakistan and to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience with modern frontend stacks, with 2+ years specifically in React.js / Next.js
  • 3+ years of experience in Node.js, preferably using Express.js
  • Proficiency with NGINX and command-line tools on Linux/macOS
  • Experience with caching systems like Redis
  • Experience with queuing/job scheduling systems such as AMQP or PgBoss
  • Experience with cloud deployments on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean
  • Strong command of SQL, preferably PostgreSQL – including experience building SQL triggers, functions, and writing performance-optimized queries

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments
  • Understanding of accounting systems or ledger-based applications
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including memory management, design patterns, and protocols
  • Ability to think independently and architect scalable, clean solutions while considering edge cases
  • Proven experience leading developers and driving results in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and deliver well-rounded solutions
