Job Description:

  1. Defining the project scope and deliverables
  2. Developing project plans, timeline, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
  3. Lead and execute control system / industrial automation projects from concept to completion.
  4. Design, program, and troubleshoot DCS and PLC systems.
  5. Commission, test, and troubleshoot ESD and F&G systems.
  6. Create and optimize HMI scripting for enhanced system functionality.
  7. Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols.
  8. Prepare thorough documentation, including Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and testing procedures.
  9. Utilize knowledge of VMWare products for project requirements.
  10. Proficiency in MS Windows Server based machines and MS Office applications.
  11. Hands-on experience of L2/L3 networking equipment like switches, routers, and firewalls.
  12. Hands-on with EPLAN/AutoCAD.
  13. Knowledge of VB applications.
  14. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
  15. Overseeing the project execution
  16. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  17. Ensuring that the project meets its quality, cost, and schedule goals.
  18. Identifying and mitigating risks
  19. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project requirements and constraints.
  20. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, Safety & regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  21. Providing technical support/ guidance to clients and engineers on project team.
  22. Implement and oversee quality control processes and testing procedures.
  23. Lead engineers play a critical role in ensuring the success of engineering projects. They must be able to think strategically, solve problems, and motivate and inspire others. They must also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  24. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  25. Implement best practices and process improvements within the Engineering Department.
  26. Adhere to safety and quality standards in all activities.

Job Specification:

  1. Proven experience of managing large-scale engineering projects and leading engineering teams.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in engineering software
