  • Applicants may apply online at the official site of UHS i.e. http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/jobs/login or through the web link given below.
  • Take a print of the online filled application form and submit it along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and four fresh passport-size colored photographs, which should reach the address given below.
  • Candidates have to attach with the application form a paid Bank Challan as processing fee in favor of the Treasurer of UHS.
  • Rs. 2000/- for BPS-19
  • The last date for submission of the application is July 31, 2025.
  • Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  • Govt/Semi-Govt and Autonomous Bodies servants should apply through proper channels.
  • The quota is reserved for 2% for disabled candidates and 5% for minorities.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible to the applicants and only shortlisted applicants will be intimated for interview.
