Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Organizational Development plays a pivotal role in fostering a performance-driven culture, driving HR digitalization initiatives, and strengthening talent management practices. This role involves managing performance management systems, implementing HR digital solutions like HCM systems and employee apps, and supporting talent development programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Responsible to handle end to end quarterly and annual performance management process, including system readiness and timely closure of appraisals.
- Timely submission of accurate Performance KPI reports to Compensation team for salary disbursement. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee repository & performance record across all HR systems to ensure data consistency.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support management decision-making on employee performance and development for various Talent Management Initiatives & Performance Improvement plans etc.
- End to end responsible to handle the Performance Improvement Program for emerging talent. Develop strategies to develop underperformance, recognize high performers.
- End to end management of relevant performance related surveys including Satisfaction Survey. Continuously review and refine Performance policies to maintain relevance and effectiveness in driving a high-performance culture.
- End to End responsible to manage the HR KPIs, Oversee the development, tracking, and monitoring of HR Key Performance Indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Analyze and interpret HR data to evaluate progress, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Coordinate, Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on HR KPIs to the Finance team
HR Digitalization
- Drive digital HR projects, enhancing HCM systems and employee app with AI-powered tools, and self-service features for employee convenience.
- Coordinate with IT to implement digital learning platforms and data-driven dashboards to empower HR teams and improve efficiency.
- Leverage advanced analytics to support workforce planning, monitor performance trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Other Organizational Development Tasks
- Management of assigned organizational learning & development activities
- End to End responsible for assigned Talent Management Programs including framework designing, talent identification, execution and their management
- Work in cross functional teams where data/information is required for HR Process Optimization, Risk Management, and Internal Audit Observations etc.
- Processing employee educational assistance as per policy. Ensure all HR policies are updated and uploaded on intranet systems
- Preparation of HR-OD Dashboard, monthly & quarterly review presentations Preparation of Internal Communications related to HR-OD
- Other Projects or tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Work Experience:
4–5 years of experience preferably HR with a focus on performance management and digitalization.

- Pro-active, ability to work under own initiative without direction, the ability to prioritize and organize own workload in an effective and accurate manner.
- Strategic thinking, possess good interpersonal skills, e.g. tact, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be assertive at ties Reliable and trustworthy as well as following generic skills:
- The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Good organizational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
- The ability to contribute to and work effectively within a team environment Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
- Creative thinking - solve problems differently than "the way it's always been done. " Skilled at change management, working collaboratively across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Strong ability to facilitate meetings and workshops involving different individuals with roles and levels
Skills – Job Specific:
- Project management skills with experience implementing company-wide initiatives.
- Technology: must know how to use Learning Management Systems-LMS, Performance Management System- PMS, and the Mobile learning apps and tools that integrate with them, as well as how to develop effective training materials with video editing and advanced content authoring tools and software.
- Incumbent also must know how to operate technology that's used inside a workplace online/classroom setting Advance Research Skills: To implement latest performance management, learning and talent management practices.
- Clear and data driven communication for influencing and directing decision making.
- Confident communicator, Strong Project Management Skills, Strong Time Management Skills, Experience & skills; implementing company-wide projects Ability to read and interpret documents such as Policies, Departmental Targets, Quarterly and annual achievements w.r.t planned targets. is innovative and has the ability to think out of the box and able to drive the assigned projects with minimum supervision
